No Returns /
No Right of Withdrawal

Swiss law (the Swiss Code of Obligations) applies to all purchases from Bern Rides. There is expressly no statutory right of withdrawal or return. Every order placed is binding. You are welcome to arrange an appointment before purchase and take the e-bike for a test ride at your leisure. The e-bikes are inspected before handover; a purchase is final. Returns because the product does not appeal to you are excluded.
