2. Principles

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect and process the data required to operate our online shop, process orders and fulfil legal obligations.

3. Which Data We Process

When you place an order, we process in particular your name, your delivery and billing address, your email address, your telephone number and details of payment and the goods ordered. When you visit the website, technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access is also processed.

4. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to fulfil the purchase contract, process payment, communicate with you, meet statutory retention obligations and ensure the technical operation and security of our website.

5. Shopify as E-Commerce Platform

Our online shop is operated via the Shopify platform. To process checkout and the order, the required data is passed to Shopify International Limited or Shopify Ireland Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland, and processed there on our behalf. A transfer of data to countries outside Switzerland and the EEA cannot be ruled out; Shopify provides appropriate safeguards for this.

6. Instalment Payment and Credit Check (Klarna)

For instalment payments we work with our external payment provider Klarna Bank AB. If you choose an instalment payment, the data required for this (in particular name, address, contact details and order information) is transmitted to Klarna. Klarna carries out a credit check to assess your ability to pay and may exchange data with credit agencies for this purpose. Klarna's privacy terms additionally apply.

7. Cookies and Reach Measurement

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the operation of the shop (e.g. shopping cart, language setting) and, where applicable, for reach measurement. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Disclosure to Third Parties

Your data is only disclosed insofar as this is necessary for contract processing (e.g. to payment service providers, logistics partners and the Shopify platform) or where we are legally obliged to do so. Personal data is not sold.
